About These Terms
This version took effect October 18, 2026. Swiftbank Lenders may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Use after a revision counts as acceptance of the revised terms.
What the Site Provides
The site describes business funding structures, provides general information and a payment calculator, and lets business owners request a callback about a funding need. Funding is provided only by independent funding partners, under their own agreements, after their own review. Swiftbank Lenders does not lend money, make credit decisions or set rates, terms or amounts.
Using the site or sending a request does not create any obligation for you to accept an offer, or for any partner to make one.
General Information Only
Content on the site is general information about business funding and public data. None of it is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and your circumstances may differ. Examples are illustrative and are not offers. Calculator results are estimates based on the figures you enter.
Your Submissions Must Be Accurate
You agree that information you submit about yourself and your business is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on the business's behalf. Knowingly submitting false information to obtain business funding can have serious consequences.
Acceptable Use
- No unlawful use of the site is permitted.
- Do not submit information about another person or business without authorization.
- Do not try to interfere with the site's operation or security, or access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it.
- Do not copy or republish the site's content except as the law allows.
Outside Services and Links
The site uses third-party services, including a form provider and an optional map, and links to outside websites such as official city and county sites. Their content, uptime and practices are outside Swiftbank Lenders' control and responsibility.

The site and its content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Swiftbank Lenders does not promise that any request will be approved, that any particular terms will be offered, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
