This policy covers swiftbanklenders.com, the request form on it, and phone, email or text conversations with Swiftbank Lenders about a business funding request. Funding partners that review your request have their own privacy policies, which govern what they do with the information once they receive it.

Information You Give Us
The request form collects the following categories of information:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Company name (optional)
- How long the business has operated, picked from preset ranges
- Annual revenue band, chosen from a list
- Requested amount band, chosen from a list
- Whether you checked the call-and-text consent box
If you continue after the first conversation, you may also share business details such as the legal business name, entity type, bank statements, tax returns, equipment quotes, purchase agreements and information about the business owners. You choose what to share; a request may not be able to move forward without the records a partner asks for.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, swiftbanklenders.com and its hosting provider receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the time of the visit. The request form is provided by a third-party form service, which may set its own cookies and collect similar technical data when the form loads. The contact page map stays unloaded until you press its button; only then does Google receive a request.
